Introduction

We are in our eighth year of providing Bed & Breakfast accommodation. We take great pride in offering clean & pleasant accommodation together with a warm welcome, wholesome breakfast, and a desire to make your stay memorable.


We have just one Double Room, also available for Single Occupancy. There is a single inflatable mattress available which may be used if Twin Occupancy is required or to accommodate a third person if a Family Room is needed.

June Cottage is situated one mile (1.60km), on the Hartfield Road,  from the centre of Forest Row , just a few minutes drive to the centre or take a pleasant walk along the Forest Way Country Park.

Forest Row, with a population of about 5000, is quite a large and vibrant village. There are many interesting shops, a very good selection of cafes, restaurants, and pubs.

Enjoy Forest & Country Walks, Picturesque Sussex Villages, Cosy Pubs, Historical Sites. The Sussex Coast and London ‘Town’ are all within easy reach.


London Gatwick Airport  is approximately 15 miles distant.  Local Bus, Train, and local Taxis combine to give excellent public transport services.
